Day 2: Progress in My Physical Health
I am thankful for the progress I've made as it relates to
my physical health.
A little over a year
ago, after my last hospitalization, a lot of things had to change in the way I
treated my body.
It made me change the
way I view time, and I realized I wasn't valuing my time or using in the best
way.
I gave a lot of time and energy to
a job which didn't value me as much as I valued it.
As a result, my body slowly but surely
suffered the consequences of my continuous regret.
My medical condition back then was
uncontrolled.
At the end of May was when
it was first declared under control.
Since May, it has stayed under control; the added dedication to exercise
has also maintained my success.
I am very thankful.
