Day 28: I am thankful my cramps are becoming more
bearable.
Usually on Day Two, I am in pain to the point of
tears. Today, however it is
bearable. I probably will venture to
work out, although it’s been a while since I have worked out on a
Wednesday. The last time I worked out,
it really helped my cramps.
Plus, I
found it mildly amusing that a few of my coworkers were exceptionally grumpy at
the day job, which made me wonder if they were on their periods. Then, I remembered that they are old enough
to be experiencing menopause.
