Warm Up: Leg Raises

Legs:
I used three machines: Leg Curl, Rotary Calf and Hip Adductor

Leg Curl: I did 2@50, 1@70.
Rotary Calf: I did 2@90 and 1@110.
Hip Adductor: I did 1@110, 1@130 and 1@150.
Abdominals:
Ab Crunch (upright): I did 1@50, 2@60, and 1@70. I decided to take the 80 pound out of the equation for the time being.

Additional Machines:
Torso Rotation: I did 4@90 and 2@110.

Ab Coaster: 3 sets of 20 with 40lbs. resistance.
Cardio/Cool Down:
Elliptical:
1st one: Fat Burn (L1: TR=130; max 142)—8 minutes + 2 for cool down= 10 minutes
2nd one: Foot Hills (L1)—8 minutes + 2 cool down= 10 minutes
Elliptical:

Total on elliptical: 16 minutes (no cool down); 20 minutes (inc. cool down)
Bike: I tried out the Personal Trainer Aerobics L1 for 8 minutes. With the 2 minutes for cool down, the workout totaled 10 minutes.
Treadmill: I did Hill Level 2 for 26 minutes. I did interval between 3.2 and 3.5 mph. With the five minutes for cool down, it totaled 31 minutes.
Total Cardio Workout: 50 minutes (not including cool down); 61 minutes (with cool down)
I did indulge in the Hydromassage bed afterwards. The burn seems to feel like the regular type. I will see what happens as the week progresses.
