19- Lies

can’t stands a liar!” ~my Grandma
My
grandma and I are very alike in that aspect.
It’s less costly to tell the truth.
Sure, the truth is not always pretty, but at least the mind and spirit
are at ease. Think about it. If you lie, you have to invest so much energy
in remembering the lie, making sure any additional lies line up, and ensuring
that other people don’t find out you've lied.
To me, that’s way too much work!
Just tell the truth, and let the chips fall where they may is what I
say!

This is true, honesty is the very best policy. The older I get, the more I recognize that as a simple truth.
