R is for resolve: the reassurance that everything is going
to be all right.
O is for being open: accepting that I can’t control all of
the things that are happening.
C is for continuing: pushing forward when the deck is not
stacked in my favor.
K is for keeping: keeping the faith that the tough times are
always temporary.
However, there are times when Trouble behaves as its on
extended stay. When I begin to relapse
on Negativity, the thing that places me back on track is staying focused on the
ROCK.
